Returns & exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you enjoy your product as soon as you receive it. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Don’t hesitate to contact us by email hello@snakey.uk or telephone 07957248691.

All items must be returned within 21 days of receipt of the order and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging, preferably with order invoice or note with name and contact details.
Once return is received, we will issue a full refund, however we would be grateful if you could return the order at your own cost.
We strongly advise that you get proof of posting as we can only refund or exchange on receipt of the goods. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent damage to the items.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Providing the order has been sent back in its original state, we will process your return request with 7 days of receipt of goods.
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour and a delivery time will be allocated once the exchange has been confirmed.
If you wish to purchase a different product, you must return your order item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
SNAKEY REFUND POLICY
We will issue a refund for returned item(s) purchased online that are returned according to the SNAKEY Returns policy. The refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
RETURNING GIFTED ITEMS
If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
If the customer requires an exchange, an exchange can only be made for the same item in a different colour as per the Returns policy. The exchange will be sent to the shipping address on the original order and an email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase unless discussed and confirmed by both parties.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
UK DELIVERY
We offer free UK delivery - Royal Mail tracked 2nd class. If you need your SnaKey by a particular date, there may be an additional cost to be confirmed at the time of order. Please contact us if you have any queries or special instructions and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
FAILED DELIVERY
We will deliver the goods to the address specified when the order was placed. Please be accurate when you give us the address details as we will not be liable if the address given, and to which we will deliver, is incorrect. We reserve the right to charge for second and subsequent delivery attempts.
